İsmail Kor's academic and professional journey began in 1977 when he was accepted to the Department of Animal Science at Ege University. After completing his undergraduate education in animal breeding and nutrition, he successfully completed his master's degree in 1985. Deepening his academic studies, Kor graduated from the Department of Animal Nutrition in 1990; He completed his doctoral thesis on the effects of high summer temperatures on the productivity characteristics of laying hens fed with rations containing different nutrients and received his doctorate degree.

Reinforcing his academic knowledge with field experience, İsmail Kor served as Regional Manager at Köy-Tur between 1993 and 1995; During this period, he gained significant experience in production, supply and organizational management. In 1996, following the April 5 decisions, he started his commercial activities in a 24 m² business in İzmir Karşıyaka and transferred his knowledge and experience directly to the sector. During this period, it increased its effectiveness in the field by creating a strong customer network in the chicken meat and egg sector.

Focusing on the production side in the following years, İsmail Kor turned to more comprehensive investments in animal production with the chicken farm he established in Kemalpaşa Armutlu. This process has contributed to providing scientific and sustainable solutions to the increasing need for organic eggs and organic chicken products in Turkey.

İsmail Kor aims to add added value to eggs with its R&D and innovation-oriented approach; He pasteurized the egg and turned it into powder form, and thus managed to extend its shelf life up to two years. Using the resulting egg powders, he pioneered the development of sports nutrition drinks, protein bars, protein chips and calcium and collagen supplements for the first time in Turkey. In addition, it has completed the R&D processes of kitchen products such as easy omelet and easy pancakes, which offer practical solutions to the consumer, and brought them into production.

Combining scientific infrastructure with production discipline and innovative vision, İsmail Kor; continues to carry out pioneering work in Turkey in the fields of animal production, functional foods and value-added products.
