Dear members, industry stakeholders and valuable public,
Egg industry; It is one of the areas of strategic importance in terms of food safety, sustainable production and public health. As YUM-BİR, our main goal is; To strengthen a structure that protects the labor of our producers, delivers reliable and quality products to our consumers, and increases our competitiveness in the national and international markets.
Today; We face multidimensional challenges such as increasing input costs, the impact of climate conditions on production, disease risks and market fluctuations. In this process, our Union; It stays in constant communication with our members and carries out studies to solve problems, communicates the needs of the sector accurately by coordinating with public institutions and supports scientific-based applications.
Among the priorities of YUM-BİR; These include increasing efficiency and sustainability in production, disseminating biosafety standards, improving export potential and strengthening accurate information about the nutritional value of eggs among consumers. In this regard, we continue our training activities, technical guidance studies and sectoral collaborations with determination.
As a union, we believe that; We can move our industry to a stronger future with common sense, solidarity and transparent communication. On this occasion, we would like to thank all our members, colleagues and stakeholders who contributed under the umbrella of YUM-BİR; I wish a fruitful, healthy and successful season to all egg producers who produce for our country.
